Beata Ogonowska-Woźniak joined Hybrid Turkeys as a veterinarian with Hybrid Turkeys in 2012. In her role, she oversees the health of breeder flocks in Poland. She began her career after graduating from the University of Olsztyn and initially provided veterinary support for the sales team across various countries. For her, the most enjoyable aspect of working with the breeder flocks is working with the birds to get the best performance possible. "Seeing the birds grow healthy and strong is a great part of the job," she says.
