Meet Felipe Bugueño

Felipe's journey in the turkey industry began almost a decade ago when he joined a leading Chilean turkey producer. Starting as a trainee, he moved up the ranks, gaining experience in various areas from feed management to commercial operations. Felipe's dedication and expertise led him to take on significant roles, including as a hatchery manager and later as manager for commercial operations. During this time, Felipe was inspired by his mentors at Hybrid. "I'm very proud to be part of this team because I saw those guys as heroes," he says. "Although I don't see myself as a hero, I know firsthand that our support can make a big difference for our customers."

Felipe's vast knowledge spans brooding, finishing farms, and commercial production. He acknowledges the importance of continuous learning and building his support network to help customers reach the next level of performance.

Outside work, Felipe has a young family and enjoys perfecting his skills in baking and roasting coffee. Recently relocating to Portugal, he's excited to deepen relationships with customers across Europe while staying connected with his roots in South America.
