Scott’s journey in agriculture started with his 20+ years of experience working in the fats and oils industry. In this role, he worked closely with farmers and felt a strong connection to their way of life and passion for feeding their communities. He joined the Hybrid team in 2022 and has played a key role in working with our customers throughout the Midwest.

Scott's top three areas of expertise can be boiled down to active listening, problem solving through networking, and his background in feed energy. When working with customers he knows how to listen and ensure their needs are understood. Scott’s greatest strength? His dedication to finding an answer for his customer. He never gives up, ensuring that no problem is left unsolved. "When there's a problem, everyone in this industry is so busy, there's a tendency to let the ball drop," he says. "To me, that's not good enough. If you keep going, and you can find the right people to get involved, there's always a way to find a solution."

Outside of work, Scott is all about family and the great outdoors. He loves boating, traveling, and being in nature, making South Dakota the perfect home base for him and his family.
