SPACE 2021 recap
After two years without a show due to the global pandemic, it was our pleasure to welcome back customers and guests at our booth at SPACE, the first major tradeshow for our industry.
The 35th edition of SPACE, inaugurating its new format, was held from September 14-16, in person, at the Parc-Expo in Rennes, and continued September 17 through a digital platform. As in previous years, the turkey, laying hen, and traditional poultry teams were present at the Hendrix Genetics booth. The swine team again hosted their own booth under the Hypor brand.
Although, naturally, less visitors attended the show, mainly due to border restrictions for foreign visitors, SPACE welcomed 1,118 exhibitors and 74,772 visitors.
For Hybrid Turkeys, the SPACE tradeshow was also the opportunity recognize the three winners of our Turkey Trophies 2021 in France, as well as their respective technicians. We were happy to distribute their awards and take some time to discuss their farm and vision for the future of raising turkeys. Congratulations to Pierre Le Nagard, winner in the Product category, Dominique Buthier, winner in the Progress category, and Samuel Richard, winner of the Partnership category.
To conclude, it was a very happy reunion between team members and customers and great opportunity to enjoy the benefits of face-to-face communication.
Hendrix Genetics will see you September 13-15 for the 2022 edition of SPACE!
