When speaking with Tim Kasinger, (more commonly known as Kase), it's clear he has a real passion for the turkey industry and an even bigger passion for customers.
Kase has built a long, well-rounded career in the poultry industry. Starting in '79, he found his niche in understanding the poult quality business by working in a variety of roles in the hatchery. At Cuddy Farms, he gained years of experience in the hatchery and even spent some time in the breeding end of the business before making his way up to the role of hatchery manager.
During this time, Kase learned to understand the challenges of operations and their interconnected influence with the customer. Interestingly, Kase hatched the first Hybrid commercial birds in the within the Cuddy organization in Aurora, MO. His dedication to knowing the industry inside and out has been his key to success. Kase joined the team as Sales Director in May of last year.
With an eye for customer needs and a knack for finding middle ground, he's reshaping the customer-focused approach at Hybrid Turkeys. His goal? To leave every customer-company interaction better than when he entered it while maintaining the integrity of both parties. "Without customers, we don't have a business…so many companies have forgotten that fact, and we at Hybrid plan on moving the needle back in the customer's direction."
Beyond work, Tim's a family man and a golf enthusiast. He can't get much closer to the action as his home sits on a Par 3 tee box on his home golf course where he can see players of all levels try their hand staying out of the water. Adapting a saying from his long-time colleague, James Bittle, Kase places his focus on, "God, country, family…and the customer." These priorities shape Kase in his life and work, and we couldn't be more pleased to have his expertise as part of the team.
