With almost 13 years at Hybrid Turkeys, not to mention 38 years in the industry, William Alexander has been a reliable, steady presence for our team and customers.

In his role, William works closely with our customers giving technical recommendations on all aspects of turkey production. But when asked, he lists his top three areas of expertise as animal husbandry, brooding, and ventilation recommendations for the summer and winter - always delivered in his calming baritone voice and with a positive, solution-focused mindset. "I'm constantly looking for ways to improve, not just to be critical, and to offer solutions to improve areas of weakness," he says. In the end, William is determined to create a healthy environment for the animals. "My focus has always been on getting the best we can out of these birds, also while treating them the best we can. It's important to find that balance."

Outside work, he is happiest spending as much time as he can with his family and fulfilling his duties as #1 Grandpa. William's knowledge and passion make him an invaluable asset to our team and the clients we serve.
