Expansion in Sales & Technical Team Signals New Era in Customer Experience
Now expanding with three new roles dedicated to helping our customers succeed using data-driven and real-world insights.
At Hybrid Turkeys, delivering genetic excellence goes beyond the bird, it’s about how we work alongside our customers to unlock performance at every stage of production. That’s why we’re excited to expand our Americas sales and technical service team with three specialized roles dedicated to working closely with customers in the field. These team members will provide hands-on support, troubleshoot challenges, and gather valuable performance data to drive strong genetic performance through delivery of high-quality products across the industry.
A New Level of On-Farm Focus
Two new Technical Support positions will be introduced, each dedicated to the critical stages in the life of the flock:
The Placement Quality Specialist will play an integral role in strengthening quality efforts, customer success, and product performance by serving as a critical feedback link between field results and internal operations. Through expert technical support, practical guidance, and proactive service throughout the placement and brooding period, the Placement Quality Specialist will evaluate quality and in-field performance to gather insights and drive corrective measures within Hybrid to ensure optimal product performance in real customer environments. Two new Technical Support positions will be introduced, each dedicated to a critical stage in the life of the flock.
The Field Performance Specialist will provide expert technical service, guidance, and support to help our customers optimize performance within their production systems. This role will explore performance deviations in flocks during the grow-out phase, identify enhancement strategies, and troubleshooting common issues across farms to provide guidance to customers and internal teams on how to address these challenges and adapt the applicable areas to ensure continuous improvement in genetic performance.
These team members will work directly alongside customers, focusing on gathering detailed, and real-world insights on flock performance in the barn. By focusing on these key stages, these team members will provide hands-on support to customers, proactively address issues in the field, and capture performance data that can be translated into actionable insights for both our customers, Hybrid operations and our breeding program.
Turning Data Into Real Results
Complementing this effort, our new Data & Performance Specialist will act as a link between field results, customer support and our R&D team. This newly created position reflects our commitment to combining real-world field insights with advanced tools and technologies to enable faster, more informed decision-making and elevate both farm management and technical support. The role will also create a stronger feedback loop into R&D, ensuring that customer and field experiences directly inform future innovation.
The Data & Performance Specialist will play a critical role in transforming product, customer, trial, field performance, and industry data into clear performance insights, practical recommendations, and measurable economic value for our customers. This role will strengthen our ability to make data-driven decisions by applying advanced analytics, benchmarking, digital tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled analysis, to better understand product performance across the full value chain.
