Hybrid in Action: Working Side by Side for Strong Breeder Performance
Recently, Hybrid technical team members had the opportunity to spend time on-farm with one of our valued breeder customers, Perdue. This visit allowed us the opportunity to celebrate their excellent results in egg production and livability. These results were achieved through ongoing, hands-on collaboration between Perdue’s team and our technical specialists.

By working side by side, both teams have been able to focus on the details that matter most in breeder production. Open communication and a shared commitment to continuous improvement have played a key role in achieving strong egg production results in their flocks.
Our technical team works closely with customers to translate genetic potential into on‑farm results, and this visit was a great example of how that partnership comes to life. Reviewing data together with Nico Buddiger, Product Manager, and working closely with James Bittle, Technical Support Specialist on practical farm recommendations ensures that Perdue’s farm team has fact-based and practical insight into achieving their operation’s goals.

These results also reinforced the strong breeder performance of the Hybrid Converter. Known for its robustness and consistency, the Hybrid Converter continues to deliver reliable, high‑quality egg production in the field.
